		<description>Thanks Chizzle, indeed using Track-It seems like a great method to follow up (and help implement GTD!!!). I use an equivalent method for the e-mails that I &quot;manage&quot;, but I find that &quot;managing&quot; and &quot;selling&quot; are very different in nature.

As I do both I use mail folders to manage (action folders based on GTD) and the tasks list above to drive my sales activities.</description>
